Club Tax Printer Update: Final Federal Forms Now Available!
ICLUBcentral has released the FINAL forms for the 2009 Federal Club Tax Printer software for both Club Accounting 3.2 and myiclub. These are the official FINAL forms approved by the IRS, and can be used to prepare and submit your club's Federal tax returns.
FINAL forms for supported State returns are still in development, and will be released as soon as possible. Until then, State Tax Printer software will continue to only include unofficial DRAFT forms.

Accessing the Final Federal Forms
Club Accounting 3.2: After purchasing and installing the 2009 Federal Tax Printer software, open Club Accounting 3.2 and click on the Taxes tab at the top of the window. Make sure you are connected to the Internet, and select "2009 Tax Printers" from the drop-down menu. The Auto-Updater feature will then download the FINAL forms and you can prepare your club's Federal taxes.
myiclub.com: All software updates are automatic for myiclub.com users. After purchasing and installing the 2009 Federal Tax Printer software, make sure you are connected to the Internet and click on the Taxes tab at the top of the myiclub.com window. Select "2009 Tax Printers," and the software will automatically access the FINAL forms, allowing you to begin to prepare your club's Federal taxes.

No one knows what the stock market is going to do hour by hour, let alone each day or week or month or year. Within the past year, we've seen it plummet by a few thousand points. Naysayers said it would take years to recover. Then, we watched in amazement as, since March, it's clawed and climbed its way back by some 60 percent or so.
No one knows what the stock market is going to do at least, in terms of the actual number at the closing bell each day. But I do know this: Investing in the stock market is about as risk-free as it gets. The real value of a company is real it's not the value the stock market attributes to it.
That seems rather contradictory, knowing what we know from this past year alone, not to mention the market's ups and downs over the past decades, or even, century. It seems that way unless and until there's a distinction made the defining difference between the investor, and the herd. It's important to recognize the sharp distinction between what we do, as investors, and what everyone else the herd is doing.

New Graphs Available on myiclub.com
The world's leading investment club operations website, myiclub.com, now offers even more tools to help you manage your club's portfolio and monitor your club's performance.
Six full-color graphs are now available under the Reports tab when you log into your club website at http://www.myiclub.com, helping you to see your club holdings and structure in a new light.
The New Graphs Include:
- Club Assets Chart
- Member Ownership Chart
- Portfolio Performance Graph compares the performance of club's portfolio to the S&P 500 or Wilshire 5000 indexes
- Security Performance Graph displays the performance of an individual stock in clubs portfolio over time.
In addition, two charts show the diversification of your club portfolio by Company Size, Sector and Industry.
These graphs are available to any member of your club. Click on the Reports tab, and then scroll to the bottom of the page. All six graphs are available from the links in the "Charts" section.
