On 12/1/06 Lucent Technologies, Inc. [LU] was merged into Alcatel-Lucent [ALU]. Lucent shareowners will be entitled to receive 0.1952 of an Alcatel-Lucent American Depositary Share, or ADS, for each share of Lucent common stock that they own.
