This page shows any files that were selected before clicking the Delte checked files button, and asks you to confirm if you want to delete these files.

Clicking Delte will remove the files from the File Storage area; clicking Cancel will return you to the file storage page you were previously on.

The file storage is a shared space, so if you delte a file here, that file will be deleted for all members of the club.
