In late February, 2015, Engility (EGL) Acquired privately held TASC, Inc.

In connection with the closing of the transaction, Engility shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 25, 2015 will receive a special cash dividend of $11.434 per share for each Engility share they own. This can be entered by going to Transactions > Dividend in Club Accounting 3, or Accounting > Securities > Distribution in myiclub.com

Some clubs will also be charged a re-organization fee. If your broker charged a reorganization fee, enter it as a negative return of capital.

• In Club Accounting 3, Go to Transactions > Dividend and choose Return of Capital from the Type menu.
• In myiclub.com, Go to Accounting > Securities > Distribution and choose Return of Capital from the Type menu.

Be sure to enter this number as a negative figure, by using a minus sign.
