How to Claim Your Rebate
Download and print out the Rebate Form (.pdf) and follow the written instructions. You must list each member and the serial number for their registered copy of Toolkit. Serial numbers must be activated (upon installation) for us to be able to match your registration and fulfill your rebate.
In the appropriate space on the Rebate Form, you will also need to provide an email and address information for the club member to which we will send the rebate check and make it payable. ICLUB will only send one (1) check per club, and only honor one (1) offer per club.
To verify your rebate, you will also need to provide the original receipt for each copy of Toolkit. These should be enclosed with the Rebate Form and mailed to:

Allow 90 days for delivery of your rebate. Software purchases must occur between 4/15/07 and 6/30/07, and programs must be registered by activating the serial number before 7/31/07 in order to qualify for this offer. Offer cannot be combined with any other ICLUBcentral promotion. Offer good in the USA only. Offer void
where prohibited or restricted by law. All qualifying rebate forms and attached receipts must be postmarked by 7/31/07 in order to qualify for rebate.
