2007 Club Tax Printer Download

Downloading Your Tax Printers

The 2007 software requires a valid Club Accounting Maintenance subscription (or an active Club Accounting Online account). Make sure your maintenance subscription is up-to-date and active.

To download the Tax Printers you'll need a serial number, which can be found on your confirmation email you received when you placed your order. Download times will vary with connection types and/or modem speeds. If you have trouble with the download, you may request a CD instead.

Instructions for downloading the Club Tax Printers:

1. Print these instructions so you have them for an easy reference.

2. Before you download the software, be sure to download the free PDF User Guides:

   • Download the 2007 Federal Club Tax Printer User Guide
   • Download the 2007 State Club Tax Printer User Guide

3. Close all other programs, except those required to maintain an Internet connection. For example, AOL users should shut down all other programs except AOL.

4. If you are using AOL to connect to the Internet, open a non-AOL web browser (such as Internet Explorer or Firefox) and use this non-AOL browser to access this page and complete the following steps.

5. Using your right mouse button, click on one of the following download links:

   • Club Accounting 3.1 Federal Tax Printer
     
   • Club Accounting 3.1 State Tax Printer
     

   • Save the file to a location you can remember.
     For Novices:

     1. With the right mouse button, click on the link and select the the term Save Target As (sometimes Save Link As),

     2. Save the Club Tax Printer to your Desktop. (It will be easier to use and to find there.)

     3. Click on Save.

   • The Club Tax Printer will be copied to your desktop.

   • To start the installation process, just double-click on the file you just downloaded.
     For Novices:

     1. Go to your desktop,

     2. Locate the new icon, which says Install 2007 Tax Printer.msi under it,

     3. With the left mouse button, double-click on it.

   • The Club Tax Printer installation process will begin. Continue to hit NEXT and proceed through each step.

   • After installation, please note:

     • If you installed the Club Tax Printer for Club Accounting 3: the software will not install an icon on your desktop. Instead, simply open Club Accounting 3 and note a new TAXES menu at the top in between Reports and Tools. Select the drop down menu and launch the Tax Printer.
