There are three reasons we have found that would cause a valuation date to not show up on the site:
1. The valuation for that month has not been run.
If your valuation does not show on the list of valuations in Accounting > Securities > Edit/delete Valuation then it has not been created. Create a new valuation for that date and then run the report again.
2. The valuation contains unreadable information.
If your valuation does in fact show on the list of valuations in Accounting > Securities > Edit/delete Valuation, it's likely the valuation has an error in it. This can happen if a company goes bankrupt and there is no value for it. It can also happen if, after entering valuations, you find you have acquired new stock, e.g., a Buy or a Spinoff. When you enter that transaction on a date prior to recent valuation dates, you may lose those subsequent valuation dates. In that case, select the valuation from the list on the Edit/delete Valuation page, click the Delete button and then click it again to confirm.
After that, try entering a new valuation for the same date.
3. There could be an issue with your web browser.
While it's rare, we do sometimes see a browser not refreshing a page as you move through the site. In that case, the best option is to try closing all of the browser's windows, then re-open it and sign back in to the myICLUB.com site.
