Delete a Cash Account

Select the account that you want to delete from the drop down list.

If there are no transactions connected to the account, you can simply click Yes to complete deleting the account.

If there are transactions connected to the account, the myICLUB.com system will display a list of transactions connected to the account, and ask if you would like to have those transactions moved to a different account, since you can only delete cash accounts that have no historical transactions and no current balance.

Clicking Cancel here will return to the main Accounting > Cash Accounts page. If you use the drop down menu to choose an account to move all of the transactions to, and then click Replace, myICLUB will ask you to confirm this. Clicking yes will move all of the transactions from one account to the other, and then delete the now empty account.

Keep in mind that if you take this step, it cannot be reversed unless you have made a backup or an Export of your clubs records from the Accounting > Utilities page.
