The Clear Club Data does not remove or effect:

  • Your club access or maintenance agreement(s). You can still access the club web page.

  • Any backups that are currently stored in the Backup Manager (Accounting > Utilities > Backup Manager).

  • Anything added to the Watch List

  • Generated Tax Forms

  • Any voting history

  • Messages posted on the Discussions tab

  • Files in the File Storage Section

  • Calendar events

You cannot reverse this function. If you are at all uncertain about using this, please make sure you have made a backup first!!

The following screen shots show the progression when clearing your club data.

When you first come to the Clear Club Data page, the site will give an option to either Backup your data before continuing, or to continue without a backup.

If you click the option to make a backup first, the site will do so, and then take you to the first image, shown below. Clicking Clear Club Data from here will clear all transactions, as described above.

If you click the Continue WITHOUT Backup button, then the site will take you to a confirmation page, as shown in the third image. You will need to click all three of the check-boxes on this confirmation page, in order to confirm that you understand that all transactions will be removed from the site. From the page shown in either the 2nd or 3rd image, click the Clear Club Data button again, and the site will remove all data, as described at the start of this FAQ.

NOTE: If you intend to permanently remove all of your club records from the site, make sure you also go to Accounting > Utilities > Backup Manager, to delete any backups that might have been made.
