If you are able to sign in to www.stockcentral.com , but find that you are unable to get Toolkit to recognize that you have a valid StockCentral subscription, the most common reason we have seen for this is that your login will contain something other than letters/numbers.

While StockCentral will allow you to sign up and create a login with characters other than letters and/or numbers, Toolkit will only be able to recognize a login name so long as it only has letters and/or numbers.

If your login name has something other than just letters and/or numbers, please sign in to www.stockcentral.com , click the My Account link, and change your user name.
