Unable to Process Update (Toolkit 6)

Toolkit reports that there is an update available, but when the update is downloaded, and error comes up:

COULD NOT RECOVER CONTACT TECHNICAL SUPPORT!

While we have seen some cases where it appears a security program may have caused this issue, the most common case we see is that the update files did not download correctly; most often this seems to happen if the copy of Toolkit being updated was trying to download multiple updates at a time.

While it is possible to delete the download/update files, and re-try the update, there is a chance that the same error would happen again. For this reason, we suggest to make a backup of your Toolkit information, and re-install the program using the steps on our web site at:
