If the uninstall process is not working correctly, there is an Install shield folder that can be removed, so that Windows will no longer register that Toolkit is installed on the computer. Here is the process for different copies of Windows:
For Windows XP:
1. Click START > CONTROL PANEL > FOLDER OPTIONS
2. Click on the VIEW Tab.
3. Locate the phrase - SHOW HIDDEN FILES and click to select it.
4. In the FOLDER VIEWS section near the top of the FOLDER OPTIONS window, click Apply to All Folders. Click OK if the computer asks to make sure you want to do this.
5. Click OK to close the FOLDER OPTIONS window and have the computer show the hidden files.
6. Go to START > MY COMPUTER > C: > Program Files > InstallShield Installation Information.
7. With this folder open, find the folder named {E2E8BDDE-6F1B-4A5D-870D-2748DA79360C}
8. Right-click this folder, and choose DELETE.
9. Windows may ask you to confirm the file being deleted; Click YES, or OK to confirm.
Once you have the folder deleted, close any open windows; you are now ready to re-install Toolkit 6
