This means that actual Pre Tax Profit (PTP) figures are not in the ssg, and Toolkit is extrapolating figures for PTP from available data

For any stock where this is happening, close any open reports, and then open the individual ssg from your Toolkit library.
With the stock open, click the DATA button.
When the Data window opens, click the Quarterly Data tab.
Fill in any missing PTP (Pre Tax Profit) figures.
Click OK, then save and close the SSG

Now when you open up the Portfolio Review, the numbers should no longer be in red.
