In early 2015, International Game Technology (IGT) was acquired by GTECH.
Due to the complexity of the merger, we have not been able to create a single, unified set of steps on how to complete the transaction in our accounting system. Our accounting advisor, Russell Malley has stated that due to the complexity of this transaction, he will need to work with each club's information individually to resolve the transaction.
