Valuation dates do not show in myiclub.com reports

There are three reasons we have found that would cause a valuation date to not show up on the site:

1. The valuation for that month has not been run.

If your valuation does not show on the list of valuations in ACCOUNTING > SECURITIES > ENTER/EDIT VALUATIONS, it has not been created. Create a new valuation for that date and then run the report again.

2. The valuation contains unreadable information.

If your valuation does in fact show on the list of valuations in ACCOUNTING > SECURITIES > ENTER/EDIT VALUATIONS, it has an error in it. This can happen if a company goes bankrupt and there is no value for it. It can also happen if, after entering valuations, you find you have acquired new stock, e.g., a Buy or a Spinoff. When you enter that transaction on a date prior to recent valuation dates, you may lose those subsequent valuation dates. At the far left of the program, click on the Valuations bar to find and delete the specific valuation, and then re-enter it.

3. There could be an issue with your web browser.

This may be caused because your Internet Explorer settings are caching old screens in Club Accounting. This can be fixed by clicking the following in the Internet Explorer toolbar: TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > BROWSING HISTORY SETTINGS > AUTOMATICALLY > click OK > click OK again.
