This is an all cash transaction, in which NXP shareholders can simply enter a sale of their shares for the cash received. If a reorganization fee is charged, it can be treated as a commission/fee on the sale. If the fee is charged days latter, it could also be entered as a deductible expense, but including it in the sale is better for the club when it comes to calculating cost basis.
