In May of 2017, TDK (TTDKY) completed an all-cash acquisition of InvenSense(INVN). The acquisition price was $13.00 USD per InvenSense share.
This can be entered in the accounting system as a sale of all shares of InvenSense(INVN), for whatever amount of the club received. If the club was charged any sort of fee in connection with the merger, that fee can be entered as part of the sale of INVN.
