If you download a spreadsheet from https://www.investoradvisoryservice.com or https://www.smallcapinformer.com , you may find you're unable to print the file. If you are able to print other files on your computer, the most likely reason is that Microsoft Office/Excel has opened the file in Protected View. You might see a banner near the top of the spreadsheet, saying *Be careful - files from the Internet can contain viruses. Unless you need to edit, it's safer to stay in Protected View.* After this, there will usually be an *Enable Editing* button.

If you try to print from the spreadsheet, you may see a box near the top left-hand corner, saying *Printing is not available in Protected View. To leave Protected View and enable this command you must select Enable Printing* After this, there should be an *Enable Printing* button

In either case, click the *Enable* button, and Excel will allow you to edit and/or print the spreadsheet as normal.
