Cash balances shows no incorrect transactions, but the balance is off by a penny. (.01)

Assuming this is just a simple rounding issue, we have built in an option to have the system manually re-check the rounding for all cash balances.

To access this, go to Accounting > Utilities> Round All Decimals.
This page will give an option to make a backup using the Backup Manager. We suggest to click the option to go to the backup Screen, and then click Make Backup.

Once the backup is made, return to the Accounting > Utilities> Round All Decimals page. This page will again give the option to make a backup; you can skip the option this time, and click 'Proceed with the rounding'.
After a few seconds, you will be returned to the main accounting page.
From here, we suggest to confirm your account balances, and make sure that they are correct. If they are not, please let us know, and we can re-check the records.
