Terms of Support

Your Customer Support agreement provides telephone and email support from a Customer Support representative who can help you resolve software and service issues. Support is available under the warranty terms of the software, for the following issues:

  1. Installation of any ICLUBcentral desktop product on a computer that meets the stated minimum requirements.
  2. Data conversion from the prior version of any ICLUBcentral desktop product to the current version.
  3. Product defects that are known to ICLUBcentral.
  4. Patches to correct a problem with your installation.
  5. Registration of ICLUBcentral Products.

Balancing your books

If there is a problem with balancing your books in Club Accounting, please be aware most are due to data entry errors. For us to maintain prompt service to all of our customers, we provide tips and guidance to enable the club's treasurer to audit and correct any mis-entered transactions through a methodical review of bank and broker statements.

Renewing maintenance

If your maintenance has expired, we do require that you renew before we can address any support questions. However, we will always make an exception for helping a club disband or helping a customer install for the first time.
