CAMBRIDGE, MA, January 30, 2003 -- ICLUBcentral Inc. (www.iclubcentral.com) today announced its recent acquisition of Ohio-based Ouriclub Inc., which produces accounting and administrative software for investment clubs.

ICLUBcentral provides the leading software for investment clubs, including comprehensive accounting tools that simplify financial management and tax filing. ICLUBcentral’s line of software for investment clubs and individual investors will be strengthened by the acquisition of the proprietary technology contained in Ouriclub’s software, Ouriclub Manager.
