In a transaction designed to provide investment club members and individual investors with a full array of fundamental stock analysis software and educational resources, National Association of Investors Corporation (BetterInvesting), the leading U.S. nonprofit organization devoted to investor education, and ICLUBcentral Inc., a top developer and seller of fundamental stock analysis and accounting software for long-term investors, on June 1 announced their merger.
