Enabling Cookies on your web browser
For Internet Explorer In Windows 8
- Swipe in from the right edge of the screen (if you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the computer screen and move the mouse pointer down)
- Tap or click Search. Enter Internet options in the search box.
- In the search results, tap or click Internet Options.
- In the new window that opens, tap or click the Privacy tab and then tap or click the Advanced button.
- In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings window tap or click Reset
- Tap or click Close once all three lines have a check-mark next to them.
- Restart your computer, and try the web site again.
For Internet Explorer In Windows 7, Vista, and XP
- Exit all programs, including Internet Explorer.
- If you use Windows XP, click Start, and then click Run. Type ' inetcpl.cpl ' in the Open box, and then press Enter.
- If you use Windows 7 or Windows Vista, click Start, then type ' inetcpl.cpl ' in the Open box, and then press Enter.
- This will make the Internet Options window appear.
- In the new window that opens, tap or click the Privacy tab and then tap or click the Advanced button.
- In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings window tap or click Reset
- Tap or click Close once all three lines have a check-mark next to them.
- Restart your computer, and try the web site again.
For Mozilla's Firefox:
- With the browser open go to the Tools menu, and select Options.
- If you do not see a Tools menu, click the Alt key on your keyboard to get menus to show up.
- From the top of the Options window click Privacy.
- In the History section, make sure the drop-down menu next to Firefox will: is set to Remember History.
- Click OK.

For Apple's Safari:
- With the browser open go to the Edit menu, and select Options.
- If you do not see an Edit menu, click the Alt key on your keyboard to get menus to show up.
- From the top of the Options window click Privacy.
- In the Block Cookies section, make sure to choose either From third parties and advertisers -or- Never.
- Close the window to save changes.
For Google's Chrome:
- With the browser type the following into the address bar (not a search box), and then click Enter on the keyboard:
- chrome://settings/
- In the Search Settings box near the top right-hand corner of the page, type cookies, to narrow the settings.
- From the settings that show up, click the Content Settings button.
- On the window that comes up, make sure that Allow local data to be set (recommended) is selected, and then click Done, at the bottom right-hand corner of the window.
- Close the settings window, and then re-start the computer.
