Once you are signed in to the site at https://www.investoradvisoryservice.com , click the Subscribers tab, near the top of the page.

From the Subscribers page, click the link for the issue you are interested in.

On the right-hand side of the page, you will see a set of links related to the issue. Look for the heading titled Complete Issue, and click on the PDF link underneath that heading. Your browser will download the issue.

Some browsers will automatically open the issue as soon as it is done downloading, while others will wait for you to open the issue manually. If the issue does not open automatically, most modern browsers will show a list of recently downloaded files by holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard, and then tapping the letter J. Once the list of downloaded files is displayed, you should be able to select the recently downloaded PDF of the IAS newsletter.
