Tax Printers Finalized
Banks and brokerage firms had until Feb. 15 to deliver last year's year-end statements and tax documents, so you should be in a position now to close your year-end books and generate your tax forms. Remember: you must complete and remit your tax filings to the IRS and to your state (if it requires it) before April 15, 2013!
CDs for purchasers of the Club Accounting 3 Tax Printers are beginning to ship this week. State Tax Printers for all states except Colorado are now final as well.
Our technical support team will be adding to the pages throughout the upcoming tax season, so if you don't find what you're looking for, submit a question via our usual channels and we'll add it to the list.
You can reach the FAQ from the Support section of ICLUB.com or directly at www.iclub.com/faq/index.php.

This setting is found only in the online myICLUB.com accounting platform and not in the desktop version, Club Accounting 3.
The two choices for this setting are Market Value and Tax Basis. The post merger/spinoff holding period and cost basis for tax purposes of the securities affected won't differ between these choices. The options change how the return figures are calculated for stocks involved in a merger or spinoff. Read more . . .
Free Webinar: Basics of Technical Price Charting Using StockCentral.com From the SmallCap Informer by Douglas Gerlach
When we analyze companies in SmallCap Informer, we provide a data table on all the companies we have recommended and are tracking. Understanding why we include this data, and what it means, can provide you with valuable insight into whether a company is suitable for adding to your holdings.
In the News of Companies section we provide updates on key information a company reveals about its stock, typically around the time of quarterly or annual results. Specific new developments, such announcements about problems or future plans, may trigger such updates.
We review our expectations for each company we track at least once per quarter, updating our EPS growth rate in a table. Read more . . .
